It is vital that, as Christians, we live from our born-again spirit. Spirit is that place in us that is perfect, that is in communion with God. In that place there is all the wisdom, knowledge and love we need for life. It is all goodness. There is no need for law or rules there because those are only restraints against wickedness. Where there is love, peace, and goodness, there is no need for restraint!
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death…That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. — Romans 8:2, 3-5 KJV
